If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) from the day on which you have received the goods. To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please ensure that you return the goods within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in.
You will be refunded the return delivery costs, equal to the original delivery costs paid, if the return was a result of an error on The Garden House’s part. If the return was not as a result of an error on the part of The Garden House’s, you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
