Owned and operated by Mary Staib The Garden House was established 4 years ago & has developed to provide a range of innovative & exceptionally high quality products including; picnic rugs, short handled bags, long handled bags & wine bottle holders.

Mary comments, "It was a mad idea I had one night - I love working with textiles & creating new designs from beautiful fabrics. I was fed up with the budget picnic rugs & bags found in supermarkets & wanted to give people an exciting high quality alternative."

Mary is incredibly passionate about her products making each rug and bag by hand from her home in the beautiful Somerset Countryside.

Mary found the wine bottle holders whilst travelling in South Africa & is now the sole UK importer for the organisation that makes them. The organisation supports disabled & previously unemployed local villagers following fair trade principles to help improve their lives. Wine Bottle Holders
